Registration
Registration for the International Medieval and Renaissance Music Conference (MedRen Warsaw 2026) is now open.
Participants may register until 30 June 2026. We encourage early registration in order to benefit from the reduced early bird rates available until 31 May 2026.
How to Register
To register for the conference, participants are required to complete the online registration form, providing the following information:
- personal details (name, affiliation, email address)
- mode of participation (online / on-site)
- intended days of attendance
- dietary preferences
- indication of participation in the Conference Dinner (optional, additional fee 200 PLN)
After submitting the form, participants must pay the conference fee via the payment system of the University of Warsaw.
Registration Fees
Early bird rates apply to 31 May 2026.
From 1 to 30 June 2026, full fees apply.
Below is an overview of the registration options:

Terms and Conditions
- Registration becomes valid only after the conference fee has been paid and received by the accounts of the University of Warsaw.
- The conference fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no reimbursement will be possible.
- The conference fee is independent of the number of days attended.
- The conference fee includes:
- participation in the conference (online or on-site, according to registration)
- conference materials (for on-site participants)
- lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (for on-site participants)
- refreshments (coffee breaks)
- participation in the Opening Reception (Monday)
- a short recital preceding the reception (Corina Marti: Music from the Tablature of Jan z Lublina)
- admission to two conference concerts (La Morra: Music from 15th-century Polish sources, and Gregorianum: Music from 16th-century Polish sources)
- Participation in the Conference Dinner is possible only if this option is selected and paid for during registration. The additional fee for the dinner is 200 PLN.
